Step 1: Tell the coaches about YOU!!
Coaches want to get to know who you are? Who do you play for? Why are you interested in their school? And why would you be an amazing fit for their program?
We provide you with predesigned templates created by former college coaches or you can write your own email. This is your opportunity to make an impression on college coaches around the county. Recruit Connect provides you with TAGS to customize your emails . TAGS allow you to write a single email for multiple coaching staffs with custom fields that will be populated by our database before the email is sent. The most common TAGS used are Coach’s Last Name, University Name, School City, and School State.
Step 2: Pick YOUR Coaches!!
Coach Selection is done using drop-down menus for CONFERENCE and STATE. These menus allow you to narrow down the coach list to your schools of interest. All Conference names in the drop-down menu also show the NCAA division number or NAIA to assist in narrowing schools that are a good fit.
Select the coaches you are interested in emailing. You can select an entire schools coaching staff or individual coaches. As you make your selections, a list on the right-hand side will populate with your selected coaches.
Preferred sport is also a drop-down menu on the page, designed for our multi-sport athletes. You can pre-select “Preferred Sport” in your “My Account” information section.
Step 3: Almost Done!!
Review your emails and make sure that everything looks good. If you have anything you want to change, go back and update the email template to make changes to all emails. Once you finish reviewing the emails, select the “Send All” button at the bottom.
Recruit Connect composes’ all emails in YOUR GMAIL account used at login and sends them to your selected coaches. Once the emails have been sent, Recruit Connect finishes all email requests by sending an “Sent Email Report”. The “Sent Email Report” is the only email that will appear in the your Gmail account as a record of the email(s) requested and sent by Recruit Connect on your behalf.

Parents we have you covered as well!!
At Recruit Connect we know the importance for Parents to be involved in the recruiting process. Every email your player sends thru the Recruit Connect platform incudes a “Sent Email Report” with the email content and the coaches that received the email. All player profiles include up to 5 “Report Contacts” in their profile. All emails listed in the “Report Contacts” will be receive the “Sent Email Report” when emails are sent to college coaches. Typically, email addesses in “Report Contacts” are those of Parents, Travel Coaches, High School Coaches, Private Instructors and/or Recruiting Coordinators.
