How many emails can I send per day?

All packages currently allow 75 emails per 24 hour period.

How many emails can I send per week?

The Basic package allows 100 emails per week.  Larger packages with additional features are in development.

Does Recruit Connect update the emails when coaches change?

Absolutely, Recruit Connect uses an automated program to ensure we stay as current as possible.  As coaching changes are announced our database of coaches and email addresses are automatically updated.

Can I purchase a larger package so I can send more emails per week?

Larger packages are currently not available but will be coming in the future with new additional features.

Some schools have multiple coaches, do I need to send emails to all of them?

It depends on the sport.  If a program has 2 or less coaches it is typically recommended to email all coaches.  A program with 3 or more coaches, Recruit Connect recommends targeting your emails based on the Coaches title.

Can I use Recruit Connect on my cell phone?

Yes.  Recruit Connect can be used on most browsers on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.  We do recommend using templates when using a mobile device as typing emails on a mobile device can be frustrating to some people.

How does Recruit Connect work?

Our Recruit Connect technical team uses advanced AI technology to keep track of all coaching changes for over 35 sports.  When a college coaching change occurs, we have the most up to date information, from when they are fired, hired, publicly announced, and receive their email account.  Once we know, our Recruit Connect platform is updated.

 

Recruit Connects backend application/service uses the Google API to access the login users (aka: “user”) email account.  Recruit Connect composes’ the emails as written by the user on the Recruit Connect website and sends the emails to the users selected College Coaches. Once the emails have been sent, Recruit Connect then deletes the emails from the sent folder to protect the proprietary collection of college coach email addresses.  Recruit Connect finishes all email requests by sending a “Sent Email Report” to all “Report Contacts” listed in the users profile.  The “Sent Email Report” is the only email that will appear in the users Gmail account as a record of the email(s) requested and sent by Recruit Connect on your behalf.

 

Recruit Connect does not read any emails in the user inbox, sent, drafts, or trash folder.  Recruit Connect uses the email “Subject”, “To:” and “Date Sent” to select the emails to delete from the sent folder.  No content of previous sent emails are read. Recruit Connect does not access the users google account at any time when a user is not requesting emails to be sent on their behalf.

Why does Recruit Connect need access to my Google Account?

Recruit Connect and Google care about your privacy.  Recruit Connect believes that transparency is the best policy for our users.
